Wild Sunflower Silver Workshop Policies & Non-Negotiables
(Applies to all in-studio and mobile/private workshops)
These policies apply to all Wild Sunflower Silver workshops, including sessions held at Grit Studio & Collaborative as well as mobile/private off-site events.
1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because class sizes are very limited and materials are prepared in advance, all workshop tickets are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another guest or request to move your reservation to a future workshop date with at least 72 hours notice.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
2. Finished Pieces & Turnaround Time
Your wax pieces will be cast and polished after the workshop. Please allow up to 3 weeks for pickup or shipping.
Each piece is handmade, and slight variations are part of the natural casting process.
3. Casting & Design Limitations
Because each piece is created in wax, there is always a small chance that a design may shift, break, or not cast perfectly. This is part of working in a traditional, handmade process.
Delicate or highly intricate designs may not always survive casting exactly as carved.
If this occurs, you will have the following options:
- Future Credit: Apply your workshop value toward a future class or a private session
- Partial Materials Credit: Offered in rare situations where appropriate
4. Workshop Safety
Safety is a priority in every workshop format, including mobile events.
- Closed-toe shoes are required
- Long hair must be tied back
- No open flames or casting materials are handled by participants
- All casting is completed off-site by Wild Sunflower Silver
- Please avoid bringing unregistered guests or children
5. Age Requirement
Wax Carved Ring workshops are for ages 18+ only.
- Limited to 10 participants
Soft Wax Charm workshops are for
ages 18+ or 12+ with parental supervision.
- Limited to 10 participants

For mobile or private workshops, location details, setup requirements, and accessibility accommodations will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Please reach out in advance with any accessibility needs so accommodations can be arranged.
7. Late Arrivals
Workshops begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may need to catch up independently to stay aligned with the group flow.
For mobile/private events, timing may vary slightly depending on setup requirements.
8. Liability & Safety Agreement
By registering for a workshop, you acknowledge that jewelry-making involves the use of hand tools and agree to follow all safety instructions provided during class.
Participation is at your own risk.
9. Photos & Social Media
Photos and short video content may be captured during workshops and shared on Wild Sunflower Silver platforms.
If you prefer not to be included, please notify me before the workshop begins.
