We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $100!
For orders under $100, a flat-rate shipping fee of $6 will apply.

Please note: Wild Sunflower Silver is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location at checkout.

Each order is thoughtfully packaged in a beautiful gift box and includes a reusable polishing cloth.

Because our jewelry is handmade to order or created in limited quantities, please allow 14–20 business days for your piece to be crafted before it ships. Custom orders typically take 20–30 days to create before shipping. Once shipped, USPS First Class delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Exchanges may be approved on a limited basis under certain circumstances, such as damage during shipping or craftsmanship defects. Because each piece is personal and made with care, this policy helps us maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality for all customers. If you believe your item qualifies for an exchange:

• Contact us via email within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Wild Sunflower Silver reserves the right to deny an exchange if the returned item does not meet these conditions.
